The working problem
An automatically sent lead email can contain the wrong fact or tone when it is based on incomplete context.
The build approach
An Airtable lead triggers a draft informed by a past-projects database. Gmail asks an operator to review it; feedback is classified as approval or a request for revision.
What the build doesThe workflow holds the outward action at a human checkpoint. Approved drafts follow the send path; requested changes enter a revision path.
